PROGRAM

No, you register as a visitor and receive a digital entry ticket with a QR code sent to the e-mail address entered on your registration form.When you arrive at the fair, you choose which activities you want to participate in.

Please note that you must have registered as a visitor and received an entrance ticket in order to take part in the fair’s program. The entrance ticket is free for everyone who works in the industry.

TICKETS AND REGISTRATION

If you have entered incorrect details, you can re-register as a visitor using the correct details or contact us.

Your ticket is sent to your e-mail at the time of booking. Look for the e-mail address noreply@ndc.easyfairs.com. If you still can not find your ticket you can contact us.

No, tickets are individual and non-transferable. However, it is fine to invite industry colleagues free of charge. When they register as visitors, they receive their own personal entrance ticket.

Parking spaces are available in several places around Prioritet Serneke Arena. The City of Gothenburg is responsible for the spaces and payment is made via the Parkering Göteborg app. If you have booked a room at Kviberg Park Hotell, there are a limited number of places reserved for hotel guests.
Talk to the hotel reception and you will get help with how to register your car number. See image for parking areas near the fair.

Safety has always been one of our top priorities, now more than ever. We do everything we can to make our events and facilities feel clean and secure to meet and make deals.

All visitors receive a name tag equipped with a chip that allows you to easily scan the booths you are interested in. You no longer need to collect business cards; instead, an email containing your favorites is automatically sent to you!

ON SITE

There is a staffed cloakroom on site.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed into the venue (except guide dogs).

Prioritet Serneke Arena has a restaurant and a café serving refreshments and light meals.

The event is only open to those actually working in the sector. This is a pure trade fair and only representatives from business and the public sector are allowed to visit. Identification may be required together with a business card at the entrance. Age limit 18 years. Unfortunately, we cannot accept private individuals or students. Strollers and larger bags are also not allowed inside the exhibition hall.
