Welcome to an inspiration day with Magnus Naess!
Magnus has previously worked as a chef and kitchen manager at Globala Gymnasiet in Stockholm.
He has also written a vegetarian cookbook “Vegolyftet” and lectured extensively on the subject.
Magnus has also worked as a trainer for Generation Waste and works and helps us at Bonduelle with spreading Greenology.
The purpose of this course is to arouse curiosity, give inspiration and provide knowledge in plant-based cooking and how you can work with food waste in your kitchen.
Target group:
Chefs and kitchen managers.
If the course is to be held, you must have at least 18-20 registered (municipalities, chain customers).
